Cloud dashboard link is default instead of local link

I updated to 2.2.7.128 and this issue persists.

@bravenel Any idea what's going on? I'm sure my insane network security is too blame. What criteria are used to determine which dashboard (cloud or local) to display?

It appears the culprit was a uBlock Origin filter that I had applied to the left column menu to hide the Subscriptions entry. Someone this caused the Dashboards page to function incorrectly.
