My cloud dashboard will not open after the newest update to 2.5.1.139. The page will load. I put in my pin number and it comes right back to the put in your pin number page?? I have tried the wrong pin and it still come right back to the enter your pin number page.
It will open just fine for the web portal but not from the web portal link.
C-8 pro and it was working just fine before the update?? I have tried rebooting the hub and still no love??
Also, where did the log off/ disconnect button go from the web portal page?
Can confirm, on my C8Pro the intial cloud load of the dashboard last used does work, but when trying to load other dashboards via cloud, it does not load.
Yes the initial page loads and say my dashboard name. It ask for the pin just as before but once you enter the pin. It goes right back to the initial page with the dash board name and pin request.
If I have certain devices, like openweather, on my home screen, the Home Screen, for better words, “jumps around” constantly sort of like a vibrating table. It’s hard to explain the phenomenon.
But if I take the open weather app off the home screen stabilizes. It’s as if it keeps trying to refresh, with some small change in the layout, causing it to refresh again.
It would probably require a short movie to show you.
Please grab 142 when you get a chance. 141 was an internal build; nothing wrong with it but it sat out there for about half an hour before I noticed. I'm not 100% sure which parts of 142 are in 141.
Can you check if 2.5.1.147 is still affected? The build was just released.
I'm certain of fixing it, and I can't reproduce the issue, but that doesn't mean there isn't an elusive bug somewhere.
