Cloud connection is unavailable -

PROGRESS!!

Through one method or another (I tried many) I've been able to clear up most of the issues I've had. I can access the hub through the hub IP, and access the cloud dashboard through my browser but I can't access the hub through the Android app. I get the following message -

failed to connect to service.cloud.hubitat.com/18.xx.xx.xx(port 443) from /10.x.x.x (port 39789) after 12000ms

Do I need to forward those ports?

No, port forwarding is never required with Hubitat.

Try logging out of the Hubitat Mobile App on your phone. Then, try logging back in.

Also, please try logging into My Hubitat. This is Hubitat Cloud Portal, where you can see if your hub is properly registered to the Hubitat Cloud. The username and password for this web site is the same as what you would use on the Hubitat Mobile phone app.

YES!!!!!!!!!! It's resolved. All issues!

I can't express how much I appreciate all the input in helping me sort this out. This community is awesome.
