Have cloud backup set for 9:00 AM, weekly.
Rules stopped working today at 9, lol.
Every time this has happened to me, shutdown the hub gracefully from the gui, unplug HE for 30 seconds and plug it back in. Once it boots you should be able to manually kick off a backup. Z-Wave seems to have common threads like this if they disappear or otherwise stop working.
