Cloud backup failed z-wave. I don't have a cloud backup subscription

I have the following alert this morning.

The thing is, I don't have a cloud backup subscription. :man_shrugging:

I've done a reboot hoping to clear the alert but it remains.
Any thoughts as to why this happened and also how to clear the alert.

A shutdown with removal from power used to clear this (a successful manual cloud backup does also, but...) The why you got it though is interesting.

I'll leave it at the moment in case support can glean some info as to why it happened. A reboot with power down may delete some useful logs.
Not a big deal but interested to know why it happened.

They may have given it to me for free as a loyalty gift. :wink:
I still have a C3 with no logo on it in my gizmo draw.

Well I've completed a shutdown, remove power for 30secs followed by a power up.
Unfortunately the alert remains.
Looks like I will have to wait for support to respond.

I know you said that you don't have a cloud subscription, but do you have the option for a cloud backup (like you said you shouldn't but...)

Well that was worth checking.
I can see "Cloud Backup Active".
I'm now doubting myself that I must have subscribed to it. I cannot remember doing it but when your an old fxrt like me, who knows.

BTW I did a cloud backup and the alert has cancelled.
