Cloud backup failed alert wont go away, no subscription

I just migrated to a C-8 Pro and the alert for cloud migration failed ( a quick google sent me to this thread ) and I have no option to create a cloud backup (non subscriber). Was this supposed to be fixed or do I have to actually contact someone to get it resolved?

The issue was normally only for people with hub protect subscriptions, with the overnight backup failing.

Do you have an option to create a migration backup on the C8 Pro (possibly not since there is no new model to migrate to).

I do, but the only cloud backup that I have is the C-7 I migrated from and where I assume the error originated. I borked my DNS entry when creating a static IP address and the cloud backup failed. I created a new one, but the alert didn't go away. I migrated and here we are.

I moved your posts to a new thread with a more relevant topic. I think @bobbyD can help you get it sorted out so that goes away. I recall it happening at least to one other person in the past.

Thanks, I'll stay tuned.

Could you please send me a message along with your hub id?

Done.

Hi @bobbyD,

Apologies for resurrecting an old thread, but has this issue been resolved?

I migrated from an C7 > C8 Pro hub and do not use cloud backups but have a persistent warning I am unable to clear:
"Last cloud backup was unsuccessful. Failed steps: database, Zigbee, Z-Wave, file manager, backup upload to the cloud. Please power cycle your hub by shutting it down from Settings, then unplugging the power for 30 seconds."

The fix should be available in the next couple of builds. Probably not the next one, but one after that.
