Cloud Backup Failed (after a long time)

Hub: C-8, FW: 2.4.2.119

I have an alert that is sent if the Cloud Backup failed, and I got it today (Failed steps: Z-Wave). It's been ages since I got this and I believe there have been steps added to address this. Is it still the recommendation to "pull power to hub" and restart?

I did search the forums but unfortunately there are so many threads about this that I got lost :disappointed:

Should be able to do a manual cloud backup and about 3-5 minutes after it completes the alert should clear.
