Cloud Backup error: Failed steps zwave

How do I clear this alert after a cloud backup error?

Error= Last cloud backup was unsuccessful. Failed steps: Z-Wave.

  1. Removed the Cloud file in error.
  2. Shutdown the hub and waited 5 minutes. Then rebooted.

Hub= C-7
Platform: 2.3.7.140

This is a known issue being worked on by HE staff. You need to perform a manual cloud backup and then the alert will go away.

Removed a Aeotec recessed door sensor that was not responding. Again! Backup worked fine. Thanks for responding.
