Cloud Backup confusion

Pardon again @bobbyD, but one more question please... It seems that you cannot stack Cloud Backups onto either Protect or Remote Admin -- is that intentional?

Here's my (in-use) 8-Pro with Protect:

But here's my (offline) backup C8 with no active subs:
