Chromecast Integration TTS Delay bug

Not a beta bug but a long standing oddity that I thought I would address.
I have delays on Webcore Speak commands rather than using the TTS delay because if I use it my speakers all say "Wait" and then the words I have sent; should the wait/delay not be silent?
