I have a Google Home and Mini that had been connected to HE and worked with various rules I had set up. I unplugged the Home as I had someone visiting and it was announced way to often. When I unplugged it back in wasn't working . I removed it from HE and tried to discover it again and it is not discovered
The Mini works fine
You need to remove things on the Google side as well. The initial issue likely was a change in ip address. Set a dhcp reservation in your router for your hubitat as well as your Google devices. Once that is done confirm that both Google devices are connecting to the internet the reinitialize the Google integration to search for devices
