Ewelink sensor movement which detects also light. (not sonoff).
Looks like the best cheap alternative?
I can't find if it can be integrated in hubitat.

I have a Tuya motion sensor that looks exactly like that, but it doesn’t have illuminance capability. It is Zigbee 3.0 and does work with Hubitat.
Hum yes probably the description was not so clear, I think it does not have the light detection.
What is the best sensor for movement and light, in terms of price and quality?
I was looking for Philips one, or?
Since I would like to buy more, fibaro and other high quality are too expensive 
I don't need these many sensors (5 in 1 or even more).
Just movements and light

I have one Fibaro and it isn’t worth the cost in my opinion, unless you like its form factor.
I have several Philips and really like them. They are reliable and have quite a few configuration options and seem to have a good range.
I have some Xiaomi Mijia Smart Light Sensor (Zigbee 3) that work quite well, so that would also be an option if separate sensors work for you. They could be used in conjunction with Sonoff or Tuya motion sensors.
When it comes to cheap sensors, I typically buy about 4 and then if they work well and I need more, I buy a few more than what I expect I need. Having more than one is useful in case one of them is defective - then I know it is a single unit and not the device.
Up to now, when devices are stated to be Zigbee 3.0, I have found them to work with the Hubitat generic drivers.

I think I will go for Philips, and maybe with some standard movement sensors that could be integrated in the future with the Mijia light sensor. 
What control has got the Philips for example? Also the timing of reset for the next trigger?

Yes, that is the one I have. The motion timeout is 1 minute on that one from what I see.

I noticed that there is custom driver for xiaomi aqara motion sensor, the one that has got also light sensor. RTCGQ11LM
Have you ever considered it? Or maybe is not so reliable since not officially supported?
