The answer is yes, you can do it using Custom CSS to hide the existing tile title and put some of your own text on the tile. I'll try and post an example later tonight or someone else may want to jump in... Or you could look it up yourself in the thread below....
I think this post shows what you are after, in particularl you want to use the tile title visibility hidden, and then the section below is that adjusts the content after the title.
