Changing Email Problem

Followed Bobby D's instructions to replace the primary admin account for a hub:

  • created a new hubitat user account and verified that account
  • logged into my.hubitat.com using the new account login and was able to find and see the hub but the hub is not registered to the new account so I logged out of the new account.
  • logged back into my.hubitat.com using original account credentials which showed my hub registered
  • Entered new credentials to 'Replace existing Admin with a different Hubitat User' and selected 'Replace Admin' but the answer was 'User Not Fount'

Any suggestions on how to correct what I'm doing wrong here will be appreciated?

Please make sure that you use only lower case letters when inputting the email address (it is case sensitive). If that's not the problem, please send me a private message and we will further look into it.
