Changing Email on account

So I read the post on now being able to change the email on an account.

  1. I setup an account with my new email.
  2. I signed in and out multiple times with new email.
  3. I signed into Hubitat with old email in order to change admin to new email.
  4. Bust. Keeps telling me my new account does not exist.
    What am I missing?

It sounds like you've done what needed to be done, but your new account might have an issue. Be sure to open a case by visiting the following page ( option "I can't create account") so we can further investigate.
