Changing day from the Dashboard

Can I Change day and temperature from the dashboard.
The application is for a office. they use to have meeting during the week.
For example if they have a meeting Monday, I would like to setup the Unit for the day.
Meeting:
( Monday, Start time, Stop time, Mode, Cooling Set point, Heating Set point )

This sounds like something you would do via Rule Machine. Not sure where the Dashboard comes in. Can you explain in a bit more detail.
