No, though if it was ever successfully installed you could revert your hub to a backup when it was.
If you're using their integration, the little information I can find says that the "last used" connection is the only one that will be used, so another workaround might be trying to get it installed successfully again: GitHub - PlaidSystems/Spruce-Hubitat: Spruce Wifi Hubitat integration. Even better, of course, would be if you had a way to just remove this connection on the Spruce side, which is the only place it can really be changed (or if their support responded and could do it)...
Thanks! I'm guessing their company is going out of business.
I will keep trying. I installed and deleted it all several times...as it's the cloud-to cloud part that is broken.
I've made so many adds/and changes since I last worked on this, reverting back is not really an option anymore. I'm hoping at some point it will connect. But if they're going out of business I just as well move on to something like Rachio.
I don't know if in the last couple weeks their support team broke the old connection. I've sent emails with no responses ...ever.
But I did the exact same steps again and it joined. I got the same connection successful message on first try as you're supposed to. When I ran the app after that it created the devices. Yay! thx.
