Changing admin email that is tied to a subscription

I have been reading posts on here and the fb community. The most recent I’ve seen was during the summer. But on 1/1/26 I will lose access to my current email and need to change the admin email to my Hubitat but it’s tied to a subscription. Seems I need support team intervention to make this happen? Is that correct?

Partially correct. The email address associated with a subscription cannot be changed. However, sometime next week, we will add a new feature to my.hubitat.com that will allow you to cancel the subscription, then to replace the admin.

This is awesome news. Thanks so much. I’ll be on the lookout for the update. Just to confirm this option will be available for C7 hubs as well?

All hubs registered with the same account.
