This device has Zigbee - does anyone know whether this works with Hubitat? If not, is there anything else like this (whether lan, zigbee or zwave) that works with Hubitat?
I would think this one or the zemismart / tuya Zigbee 3.0 would work. I think others here have had success with them.
Other than those, the AXIS gear one works pretty well.

OK, cool, thanks - and would I need to install a community driver for that to work?
I suggest to buy one to see if it works as expected. These chain drives did not have good reviews, in general. That was a year ago, hopefully they've improved.
