Certain Time option fail to activate Rule Machine rules

My shades fail to activate when set to open and close at a Certain Time. The other shade in my house open and close properly at sunrise and sunset with a similar simple Rule Machine rule. I also have another device (a switch) that uses a Certain Time setting using a Basic Rules rule that operates properly. These problematic shades do open and close properly when I test them by clicking on the ā€œRun Actionā€ button in the rule window.

The log show the following entries at 6:00 AM, the time the Kitchen Shade is set to open, but the shade is not opening: ā€œEvent: Triggered at Certain Timeā€, ā€œTriggered: Triggered at Certain Timeā€, and ā€œAction: Open: Kitchen shadeā€.

I have confirmed that my latitude, longitude, the time zone in my Hubitat, on my computer, and my Internet browser are correct. I have also tried recreating the rules but continue to get the same results. I have the most current Hubitat update and have run a restart from the Diagnostic Tool.
It seems simple enough but I canā€™t to figure out what I am missing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you able to open/close those same shades consistently via the device page?

From the same device page, could you go to events and share a screenshot?

Iā€™m asking as it sounds like the rule is running but the action to open the shades might not be received by the shades themselvesā€¦

Yes, I can consistently open and close shades via the device page.

Okay, and have you tried a Basic Rule to see if it would work from that app instead?

I have another device on a Basic rule that operates properly using a Certain Time but have not been able to create a Basic rule that will operate my shades.

Right - Shades are not a supported device type to action on in Basic Rulesā€¦

Next thing I would try is to run the rule manually to see what happens. Turn on logging on the shades as well if you can, so we have a complete picture.

Was this log captured after running the rule manually, and if so are you saying that it worked - it opened the shade?

Yes the screen shots were after I opened and closed the shade manually. It did open and close properly.

Okay, just to be sure I understand, the screenshot was taken after the shade was open and closed manually from the Device screen, right?

Assuming this is correct, can you manually run the RM rule (via the ā€œRun Actionsā€ button on the bottom of the ruleā€™s main page) and see what that does?

I have been running it by clicking on the "Run Actions" button at the bottom of the rule page and it always work properly this way.

And you said you re-created it and had the same issue. Can you try a reboot with the advanced option -> Rebuild Database option checked?

Once rebooted, see if it works with a new time that is a few minutes in the future. Iā€™m starting to wonder if there may be a database corruption issue hereā€¦

After the reboot I set it to open an 12:22 and it opened using this preset time!
