I have tried most if not all Zigbee drivers, my CentraLite 3300-s always reports the opposite of what it should. I have reset to factory multiple times. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Specifically: "Dual Reed Switch
The 3-Series Door & Window Sensor features a
dual-mode reed switch that automatically configures
itself for doors that normally stay open or doors that
normally stay closed. This feature can significantly
increase the battery life of the sensor."
No explanation of how you configure this!
Also, the -S isn't on the compatibility list . . .
