Both the Inovelli Zigbee (recommended) and Matter (I own this) fan canopy modules are available - Given no existing wall switch, this seems like the easiest route. Blue Series Smart Fan/Light Canopy Module | Inovelli

Just add a button controller (Lutron, Zwave, Zigbee) for lights and fan speed (and tie to Alexa, Google, RM, etc.)

Does the Bond solution work with AC motor fans?
I'm not familiar with how the Bond Bridge works...

I may end up ordering the Inovelli canopy module and initially use it without the matching Inovelli wall switch as you suggested. Using a button controller is a nice work-around for the lack of a wall switch

If the fan uses an RF remote, the chances are good that the bond device will control it. I think you can check on their website to see which fans they control.

It will also do many IR remotes, but you need it in line-of-sight.

Thank you!

Thanks for suggesting the Inovelli fan/light canopy module, I got it and it is working great!

I currently have 2 separate wall switches for fan and light.
1: Can I mount the canopy module in the wall since all the wiring is there?
2: The matter canopy module and white series switch. Do they link together, like the blue series.

As to #1 - Assuming you have the physical space, and wire fill room, and both the fan and light wire are in the same wall box, then yes, electrically, there is one set of "hot/neutral inputs", and then separate Red/Blue output wire for the fan and light. I think this is more a question around box space and NEC, versus it being electrically possible. See:

As to #2 - That's call "Matter binding" and yes, Inovelli white switches in smart bulb mode, and the fan module do support this - This issue is getting it configured and setup - To my knowledge (and this may be changing), no hubs directly support setting up Matter binding (lots of them, including HE support Zigbee binding) - I believe HA as added beta support for Matter bindings - Matter can even support this across Wifi/Thread physical layers, assuming you have a TBR - But in the case of both Inovelli modules, both devices would be Thread. I don't believe HE supports doing Matter Bindings at this time. If binding is a requirement, either use HA to set it up, or just use Blue series (Zigbee) Inovelli HW. See:

FYI, I'm just doing simple HE hub automations, as I don't have a white Inovelli switch

After doing more research I think I only need the fan switch. I currently have 2 smart switches, one controlling the light and 1 the fan . But the fan is off/on only. Looking to get speed control without using the pull chain. So my thoughts are to leave the existing light switch and just replace the fan switch.
