I have a Caseta Dimmer that occasionally turns on by itself. Alexa Hunches is disabled. I’m not aware of any automation that would turn this light on.
The log says “physical” but the dimmer was not physically touched. See the top line below for Bedroom Overhead Lights
I believe @rlithgow1 had one of these that went bad, and Lutron replaced it for him.
Just to clarify: "physical" doesn't mean that dimmer was physically touched. It just means that the Hubitat hub didn't issue a command to control the dimmer; yet the dimmer changed. This could be because the dimmer was actually touched, or it could be because the Lutron mobile app or some other Lutron integration changed the dimmer.

Have you actually checked the “In Use By” for this dimmer? Perhaps there’s a long-forgotten automation there that kicked in for whatever reason.

“In use by” has a rule that turns off the light, but only when a pico remote is pressed.
Does that mean it’s definitely not Hubitat that is turning the light on?

I discovered the problem. I had an unused Lutron motion sensor sitting on a shelf (somewhat hidden from view), and it was set to control the light. When it detected motion, the light turned on.
