I am just wondering how a smart bulb will be able to tell a smart switch hat it's installed on it's load line? Come on Matter answer that one.

It won't. You'll still have to put the switch in smartbulb mode but both devices should be able to talk to the border router. This would make things akin to hub mesh except your data gets sent to the big boys...

Yes that was a trick question, you still need a degree in how electrical wiring works along with radio's to make Matter work.
