From your screenshot, you appear to be on an exceptionally old platform version. I would first suggest going to Settings > Check for Updates and updating your hub platform version (or, if you don't want to do that for whatever reason, sticking with whatever version of webCoRE currently works for you; I imagine this is the problem).
On a related note, it it is often helpful to share your platform version from Settings > Hub Details. There were just enough clues in this one, though.
