I subscribed to the hub protect service for my c-5 hub to migrate to c-7. Can't seem to backup - I press the backup now, and the page refreshes, nothing else happens, can't see anything weird in the logs or in the console. Where do I go from here?
If you just recently added Hub Protect, Iād recommend rebooting the hub and then trying again.

Can you PM me your hub's id? I'll check the engineering logs on the hub.
Also, please make sure you run the latest firmware version.
