Cant pair Ikea outlets to new C8

I actually reset completely my C8 after i migrated my C5 because everything was not working right at all. To be fair, i had issues on my programming on the C5 but not nearly as bad. All my aqara and alot of my sengled devices went offline after the migration. Anyways, i decided to start fresh. I have been trying for over a week to pair my outlets with no luck. It finds it and stays stuck on initializing then times out eventually. I do see this in logs below. I did try to pair a few bulbs but only one sengled paired. I literally have one thing paired to my hub...lol. Do you think the beta is stopping it or i also read ikea is not zigbee 3.0 and so is aqara? Suggestions? Also, i made some dashboards with nothing on them. i am getting all these logs on them i am assuming..

I do have an issue with certain 3.0 devices (some Tuya ones for example). Others the same:

I've had this USB powered Zigbee strip light for a year or so. Paired and worked fine. Then I saw a dreaded "Unknown" Zigbee device via the cool Zigbee Map app. So I decided to remove, factory reset and re-pair this device. Big mistake. Now it pairs, but drops off almost immediately. It also pairs as a generic "Device" so I change it to Advanced Zigbee RBGW Bulb. Or I can change it to Generic Zigbee RGBW Light. Doesn't matter. Within a few seconds it drops off the network. In my case, I can pair them to a C5 or C8 hub that currently has no ZigBee devices just fine. If I try to pair to a C8 Pro with a lot of devices (including repeaters), they add but the initialization never completes, so they are "dead".

All the devices I migrated still work fine though.
