Been trying to pair both AirPlay and ROAP for the above device/os combination, but both paths both immediately report that the pairing failed.
The TVOS version has been changing steadily for the last few years on the same device, and this pairing has never worked, and I'm not seeing anything helpful in the logs.
The "Airplay and HomeKit" -> "Allow Access" setting is verified to be set to "Anyone on the Same Network" with "Require password" set to "Off". I'm able to pair other devices to the Apple TV.
Since it's a persistent problem in my environment, it seems like there's something other than my pairing process that may be at the roof of this issue.
Any and all suggestions on how to fix this are most welcome!
