I have the C5 hub and using the zwave firmware driver didn't work for me, so I was told to use the pc controller, after stumbling my way through I finally got it to get into the Node succesfully but I can't get the folder to turn blue and I was told via a youtube vid if the folder isn't blue to click "Get version" and then try again and i've done this a couple of times.
I notice that my Alfred door lock doesn't show a checkmark under network management, the instructions I used shows it should be checked How to update firmware for Z-Wave devices on SmartThings
Even the youtube vid I watched shows it should be checked
I've reached out to Alfred and waiting to hear back, but I just wanted to know if anyone here ran into this situation.
