In the mobile app, when I hit the dashboard tab, I have a blank screen. In the past when this happened, I had to reboot the hub. Now, that no longer works and my dashboards are not loading. They are available if I connect directly to the hub. This is true for both my C8 and C7 hubs. It is also available in the 'old' HE mobile app. This is on iPhone 15 using iOS 17.7
Mobile app version?
Hub platform (firmware) version?
Have you tried rebooting your mobile device as well?
Same here... iPhone 16 Pro Max iOS 18.1 beta. No dashboard in the app. However they are showing on my iPad Air also on iOS 18.1 beta.
My mobile app = 2.0.4(313) no dashboard
HE version = 2.3,9.184
Mobile app version = 1.3.5 build 166 w/working dashboard
Rebooted mobile device, C8, & C7 hubs
Next step is to delete the mobile app 2.0.4 and reinstalling.
Let me know if you need any other info....
Working fine here both local and cloud.
One the Home tab does it say your hub is local or cloud?
If local, try going off Wifi and using it on cloud.
My home tab says I'm local. However, deleted the app and reinstalled, it is working again - for now and it's still in local.
Says cloud for me. Have rebooted.
The devices page does work and I can turn things on and off from there but why no dashboard?
Try deleting the app. Worked for @LGNEO
That worked but it's disturbing that it was needed.
Could have been some sort of breaking change between beta versions with an app cache or data that did not get cleared out correctly, happens sometimes with beta apps. I would say if it happens on normal production updates or just randomly more than once it would be more of a concern.
Same issue with me. iPhone 16 Pro with IOS 18.1.1 (never use Beta versions). It is using version 2.0.7 (338). History says 2.07 was installed Nov 22, and it just stopped showing dashboards today, Dec 2.
iPhone 8 Pro with IOS 18.1.1 still has the dashboards ... but it is using version 1.3.5
Tried stopping app. Tried rebooting C5 running 2.3.9.201
Any other thing to try besides reinstalling?
Same issues here, in addition, the app is not reporting my modes correctly. Phone is iphone 15 with ios 18.1.1.
I still have the old app 1.3.5 build 166 that has the dashboards accessible and the new app 2.0.7 (338) released does not.
Same problems with empty dashboard page. I am also experiencing modes not reporting correctly. I have tried removing and re-installing the app (on iPad), but it makes no difference.
iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 18.2
iPad Air 3 running iPadOS 18.2 (Wi-Fi only)
Both devices are running the new app version 2.0.8 since around Dec 17th.
My configuration consists of 3 hubs: 2 at home (C-5, C-7) and 1 at a remote site (C-8 Pro, but shows as a C-9 in the app under Registered Hubs). All hubs were updated to 2.4.0.145 within the past week.
When I am at home (connected to my local Wi-Fi) and use “Switch to another Hub” within the app, then choose the remote hub, then tap Dashboard, the Dashboard page is blank. If I turn off Wi-Fi and refresh the Dashboard page, it populates correctly. I can then turn Wi-Fi back on, connect to my same local home network, and continue to use the remote dashboards until I switch to another hub. Note this only works with my iPhone because my iPad doesn't have cell service.
When I am at the remote site (connected to the local Wi-Fi there), I can access cloud dashboards of my two home hubs with no problem.
I've reverted to mobile app 1.3.5 build 166. Cloud dashboards work correctly.
@bobbyD is this on the break/fix radar? thank you ...
I had similar issues, that was resolved (yet again) by deleting the mobile app from my iPhone and then reinstalling. Doesn't hurt to give it a try...
Same issue, and I have downloaded the app within the past two months, and reinstalling the app fixed the issue on iPhone.
I had the same issue with Dashboards I created not appearing in the iOS app. I was able to logout of the app, close the app, relaunch and login again. Dashboards appear now. No need to reinstall the app.
