Can't find my new hub

I'm attaching a new C-8 hub to my network. I log into the portal, and select "Find Hubs". I end up at " This site can’t be reached" for ""

Is there something wrong on the back end, or is there something that's blocking things on my laptop? I've tried turning off windows firewall, and making sure is a trusted site, still can't get it working.

Any advise?

It's likely a "feature" of the browser trying to open the page as https instead of http.
