HSM is the triggering device in this instance. This would only work if the window was opened while the system was already arming away. You won't be able to use the %device% variable in this way. The only thing you could do is have another rule that sets a global variable based on what windows are open and then this rule would speak that variable when necessary. But that's a lot of overhead for the hub. You'll have to decide if this is important enough to you. Plus, what if more than one window is open?
