Can't edit an App

Whenever I try an edit an app I get the following:

Does anyone know how to get into a broken app?
P.S. I tried to find "Broken Rules" in Rule Machine, but it doesn't do anything.
P.S. I tried export the rule and then import it, but that didn't do anything.
P.S. I can't even delete this!

Yes you can: Open the App Status page (gear icon). Remove app at bottom of page.

Back to editing...
At least, I can remove my mistakes now!
