Hi all
I have a rule where I have some conditional actions that aren't working 100%. Problem is that it doesn't give me the option of editing the actions. What have I done wrong?

It's possible that you interrupted the editing of the rule at some point, either by using the browser's back button or navigating away from the rule when you were editing it. The solution is to continue as directed. Insert a harmless action, follow all of the prompts to finish editing after the insert, go back to the start and edit the rule again. You'll probably find the array of functions you expect, including one to delete the dummy action you just added, the pull-down list to edit actions, etc. I'm a newbie, myself, and I've had this happen a number of times, but there might well be a better solution out there.
