Can't do a Full reset

I'm selling my C8 and i cant do a Full reset, i get a message that it cant be done while there is active subscriptions but i dont have any active subscriptions and there are none to see if i click the link directly from the message box to the active subscriptions page.

Can someone please help me with a how-to deregister and reinstall a C8. I must admit that im a little baffled as to why it is made that difficult.

You should be able to de-register the hub from my.hubitat.com, as long as the hub doesn't have an active subscription (pending cancelation means the subscription is canceled but remains active until it expires).

The equivalent of Full Reset is to run a Soft Reset without restoring a backup, and individual radio resets from Z-Wave and Zigbee Detail pages.

Thank you for your fast reply, i dont have any active or pending subscriptions and i can still not do it, could it still be registered with a subscription on the owner before me?

Im trying to share screenshots but get a message that media files are not allowed.
