Cant connect to Hubitat C8Pro

Hi guys! Just got my Hubitat, connected it, it was found and did an update, but now when trying to connect to it to do something, page wont load.
I am using this: https://findmyhub.hubitat.com
Found using an IP and MAC address but when trying to connect it wont.
I also tried Go.hubitat.com, but it just shows me it runs the latest version after updating it, and when I press continue page wont load to the next setup page..

Any idea how to fix it?
Tried resetting the network and the device itself.

What color is the LED on the hub?

Thank you for replying!
The LED is green.
The tool wont work as it wont connect.
I tried giving it his own fixed IP but that didnt work too.

In the router? Or... where did you do this?

If LED Is green it should be online somewhere.
Did you connect via ethernet or wifi?

I would just pull the power on it, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in as a first thing to try.

From windows command prompt you can run arp -a to see a list of all devices on the network. This should be about the same as what the findmyhub page can discover but some people have had better luck using the arp command.

Ok I managed to fix it.
I am not sure what of the two things fixed it, but I started plugging in into different ports in the switch and the UDMSE I am using and parallel to this, I also tried connecting via phone and a different pc(before I used Mac).
And eventually it work with an iPhone, I just went into the go.habitat.com and it let me finish the installation.
