Well, all i can say was what I was told during troubleshooting. I got help from victor and deleted some devices and the apps that were showing errors and warnings. Keeping device load to 30 has resulted in a stable hub for now. I have a mix of wifi, zigbee and 1 zwave. Had zwave thermostat but took it off due to uncomanded calls. I may try to add more later. Again thanks to those especially victor for troubleshooting help.
Unless you are misunderstanding what was said, you were given incorrect information by the support rep of the site where you purchased your hub.
