Can't connect through Remote Admin

Hello - I can login to remoteaccess-aws-hubitat-com just fine but when I click the Connect button it just hangs and I get a browser error. I'm not near the device but I had someone reboot it. No luck. Support?

Do you have a vpn setup to home? . If not recommend it . Usually built in to your router. If so you dont need remote admin you can jump on the vpn and use the normal hubitat local ip.

Good news is that your Remote Admin service is active and operational. The bad news is that your hub has not been connected to the cloud in almost 2 weeks. Without a cloud connection the Remote Admin service cannot be used.

Thanks for the help everyone. I finally saw a picture of the setup and the issue was someone had removed the ethernet cable between the Hubitat and the router. :sob:
