Can't cancel subscription

I have tried multiple ways to cancel my Hub Protect subscription. I sold the hub and can't de-register it from my name until this is done so the new owner can add their account. It's currently pending cancellation. How do I fully cancel so they can do a full hub reset?

go to support.hubitat.com and click on subscriptions at the bottom. That will create a ticket and they will take care of it quickly. If you have a new hub you can transfer it as well.,
