Well inerestingly enough, it is now working. The only thing I have done is add the Ecobee integration and add one of those devices to my phone dashboard first, then add "dashboard". Mysteriously after that I was able to go add other devices to my "Scott's Phone" dashboard...

Well it's back, I added a couple of new devices and I can only add them to one dashboard. And it's not the dashboard I want them on. Hopefully someone at Huitat will see this.
Did you try going directly to Apps > Hubitat Dashboard > [Dashboard Name] to add it directly there? (This is how we had to do it back in the old days before the fancy new dashboard selection feature on the device itself was added)

I had not tried that. I'm new to hubitat and was unaware. I am happy to say that works! Thanks @brad !
Great! Hopefully someone at Hubitat will still look into it, because what you’re experiencing shouldn’t be happening.

I’ve been having the exact same problem. Adding the devices though the dashboard app settings worked though.
@scott12 did you end up creating a ticket?
I did not, the problem is very inconsistent and I was not able to identify a pattern of when it failed. I have used the method above when I have problems.
