Cannot set up simple things on C8

Hello everyone! I'm completely new to Hubitat, moving here from Tuya system. Sorry for childish questions. I bought a C8 hub, version 2.4.4.135.
I have a lot of Zigbee Tuya devices, most of them I cannot connect to Hubitat. I somewhat managed to connect a temperature+humidity sensor, it was added as Generic temp+humid sensor. It measures both temperature and humidity, and battery level. I want to see all these readings on the device badge on the dashboard. I tried desktop and mobile versions. Here is what I see on the Android mobile version:

I cannot add both temperature and humidity to this badge, this is ridiculous. I tried different actions, but I can't! Only one parameter can be displayed. Editing possibilities are surprisingly poor. How can I show all three parameters (temp, humid, batt) shown in numeric format right on the badge?

And the second problem. In SmartLife, readings from this sensor are updated regularly and always correct. Here in Hubitat, I see temperature reading is stuck for 12 hours, event log doesn't show any transmission from sensor for last 12 hours, and I don't see any indication that device is offline. If it is offline, I must see this. Temperature reporting threshold in preferences is set to 0.5C, real temperature has changed by 4C, but no indication of new temperature on the dashboard. It this the way Hubitat is, or this can be fixed?

Are you using the new Tuya integration and a developer account?

I haven't tried it, but I just connect the few Tuya devices I have with the Home Assistant Tuya integration, and bring them into Hubitat with HA Device Bridge. That HA integration does not need a developer account. I'm not sure why Hubitat Tuya integration cannot use the code found int the Tuya app like the HA integration does, without needing a developer account.

So, try the Tuya Hubitat integration if you are not, and if that is providing issues, it is pretty simple to setup an HA hub on a Raspberry PI to use just for that.

Not sure if it was brought up before, but that sounds like an oversight on our part, and a simple functionality to add. Next build.

There are some HA specific endpoints in that integration. We can hit them and pretend to be HA to get device details, I suppose.

Hi, thank you for the answer. No, no Tuya integration. Just tried to attach cheap Tuya Zigbee devices from Aliexpress to my Hubitat C8.

Oh, that is an important distinction. There is Tuya IoT wifi, and then there is Tuya Zigbee. Most Tuya Zigbee devices will just pair as Zigbee devices to Hubitat. @kkossev has written many community drivers for Tuya Zigbee devices. I have many of those from Ali Express as well.

What I was speaking of was only for the Tuya Wifi devices, to need the Tuya integration.

If you have not installed Package Manager, I would start with that. kkossev's drivers are there for easy install. You can also turn on Developer tools in settings, and then use the apps code and driver code sidebar links to add code directly. You can just import code from Github directly in the drivers code when you press "new driver"

I would love a Dashboard Tile that can display Temperature, Humidity, and show the Battery as well.

Lots of Temp/Humid sensors out there on the market. :wink:

Hey Welcome, Hang in there , it will get better. Tons of very helpful people here. I don't know where else a suggestion can be made and 1 of the developers replies' I'll take care of it" in under a few hours.
And do look into the specialized drivers from kkossev for your Tuya Zigbee devices. I have many of them running just fine.
