I have seen staff suggest trying 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4, 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1, 9.9.9.9 for similar issues. Did you try any of these? Apparently the default DNS isn't working for some reason. I believe staff is aware of it, but there likely aren't any updates to fix this until release 2.3.3 comes out.
