Cannot link to Amazon Alexa

When I tried to install the app to Alexa I get a response saying unable to connect when I tried to enable it. What am I doing wrong?

First to verify, are you talking about the Amazon Echo Skill app or another app? Second what country are you trying to connect from (IIRC not all countries support the skill app)?

Have you installed the Hubitat skill on Alexa?

Yes I have, doing some playing around I found that I had two problems which I have never corrected. The first was it the hub wasn't registered in the second was that I was on a new user hold which has now been cleared.

Have you linked your Hubitat Skill on Alexa to the right account?

Have you given access to the corresponding devices on the Alexa App in Hubitat?

If you can still not connect both is because either is offline or they are using different accounts.
