Cannot Delete Smartly Device (so that I can delete Smartly)

I am no longer able to delete the device Smartly has listed because the page is obfuscated by a loading frame. I'm attaching a screenshot. Doesn't work in Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. I have updated the Smartly package through HPM and nothing works.

I you running any script or java blockers? This is on your pc not your phone right?

I dabble in writing stuff - when I get hung up (and I have many times) - use the disable function. disable device (and APP) in the top right corner.

that opens the column normally hidden - you can then 'disable' the device or app.
Reboot your hub. that will crack the lock of the connection to the db record. Then proceed.
Worst case is a reload of the previous backup (you do backups before major changes right?! HAHaha)
I've had runaway drivers, hung apps and this has been my go-to solve for problems like this.

Nothing. In all cases, I did this running a regular browser window and then private browser. I don't have any extensions running on Chrome period. Safari and Firefox have numerous extensions running, but I tested all of those. I tried in private browser windows. I've done this on macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android. I cannot get whatever is trying to load in the foreground to stop. I opened a Firefox debugging window and could not find the element that is loading to stop it from loading.

The problem is that I cannot remove the App through HPM without removing the device and I can't remove the device because this element is loading without any content.

I've "repaired" and "updated" Smartly through HPM, too.

Holy moly. That was it. I disabled, rebooted, and then was able to delete. THANK YOU.

I didn't have any backups that go back far enough. I set up this Hubitat 2 1/2 years ago and had used Smartly for a few things and then abandoned it. I'm chasing down a memory leak that is driving me nuts (the hub eventually locks up because it runs out of memory) and I have gone through and systematically removed apps that I'm not longer using or don't bring much value. This was one of those apps I forgot that I even had.
