It free. Sorry, it's been a while since I've set mine up. It will ask you to authorize your connection to Hubitat. That will be the same email address you used for your Hubitat account, not your Amazon account. Does that make sense?
Thanks for the reply. Honestly I don't even recall creating a Hubitat account (unless it is this forum).
At the screen that says: link with Google, Amazon, something else, there is on the bottom of the screen an alternate option. I'll try that with this forum login info.
Let you know how/if it works.

KeePass is about the only open source password manager I trust, but it's too limited for my needs. The problem with little known password managers is they don't get the attention of security researchers that know the weaknesses to look for.
LastPass decrypts and encrypts at the client, and can run on your phone or laptop in offline mode if you need it to. For an alternative to LastPass, 1Password is the only other one I trust.
I am having the same issue. I've tried both my Amazon sign-in and Google sign-in but neither work. When I try Google it just says "unsuccessful" and when I try Amazon it says "unauthorized". How can I determine or find out which the Hubitat is using? Normally I use Google sign-in for everything but when I purchased the hub on the Hubitat website I paid with Amazon.
Thanks, it says I used Google but still not having any luck with either Amazon Alexa or IFTTT. I'm wondering if my account is in a weird state because I used Amazon Pay for payment but registered using Google.
