My Hub was previously connected to Google Home and stopped working. I deleted the Hub from Google Home. Now when I try to connect the hub as works with Google it finds the hub. I then authorize the devices and get a message "Could not reach Hubitat. Please try again.
Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this?
My take is Works with Google is finding Hubitat as a known service. But either is not able to communicate with Hubitat's cloud or your Hub is not communicating with Hubitat's cloud. Is your Hub able to talk to Hubitat's cloud? See if you can get the hub to check for updates successfully.
When I check for updates in the settings I get the following.
"Currently running version 2.4.1.177"
"No updates available"
So I am guessing it is actually looking for updates. Your thoughts?
have you changed your hubitat cloud credentials (password) or maybe you told google to log you out of all accounts.
No password changes and have not told google to log out of accounts. As a matter of fact Google is still connected to Govee, Rachio and LG. I would think these would be logged out if that command was used.
Did you solve this? I'm having a similar problem where I'm getting a 404 page not found error after trying to reconnect to a new hub.
