Cannot add smart lightbulb to dashboard - not available to add

note i have rebooted the router.
also the prior kitchen light bulb stopped working and i removed it (without removing from webcore apps) ...was going to fix later.

I gave the new item a new name so it shouldnt collide with old one.

Have you reviewed the list of devices available for the dashboard? I.e. in the Apps section of te HE Web UI, open the specific dashboard settings and there should be a drop-down for the devices available to the dashboard. I can provide some screenshots if you aren't sure...
