Cannot Access C8 after setting static IP address

Morning,

I seem to have screwed up my brand new C8 hub by setting a static IP address.

After completing the migration process (which didn’t transfer any Z-wave devices!). I attempted setting a static IP address which went badly resulting in not being able to connect to the hub. - It could be seen by the Hubitat app but I could not connect to it at all.

I tried a reset using a paper clip and the reset button on the bottom, but now I have a hub that starts, the light goes green, then immediately red and toggles between red and blue.

Can anyone help by providing the instructions for a full factory reset please.

Many thanks

Tim

The red-green flashing is saying that it isn’t detecting an available DHCP source. May want to see if you can establish a WiFi connection and then troubleshoot from there.

@Hubitat_Staff
Hmmm none of the things are working.

I have tried to reset the networking setting (bottom button for seven seconds), and tried finding the device by wifi and wired. The hub just doesn't turn up on our network but I do have a static green light.

Is there a way to factory default the unit.

Thanks
Tim
