Cannot access any web UI page except the welcome page

New user trying to setup HE for the first time and not sure if I'm just missing something obvious.
Followed the startup process with no issue util after HE was updated. I am able to find HE on the network and the 'Welcome to your Elevated Home' page is displayed. The URL shown is here is 'http://192.168.50.222/#TOS'.
However, I cannot seem to navigate to 'Rooms', 'Devices', 'Apps' or 'Settings' pages. Anytime I try these links, I remain at 'http://192.168.50.222/#TOS'. Manually entering the address ''http://192.168.50.222/hub/edit' to go to the 'Settings' page does not work. I remain at 'http://192.168.50.222/#TOS'. The same behavior for the other pages mentioned previously. I am able to navigate to only 'Subscriptions', 'Find Other Hubs', and 'My Account'. It appears I am not able to navigate to any web page on HE.
I have shutdown for 30 seconds and powered up again. I see the progress of HE starting but the issue remains. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Can you get to the Diagnostics page at http://192.168.50.222:8081 ?

I think yo need to accept the Terms of Service. Are you not seeing the option to accept them?

I can get to the Diagnostics page. I am not seeing a TOS page to accept. I can click into the TOS link at the bottom of the page, but that doesn't help.

I was able to perform a soft reboot, accept the TOS and now can navigate freely in the web UI. Thank you for the assistance.
