Can’t login to new app

I get an error that my password is no good but it’s the same one I use on the existing app. Also, there is no reset password option on the new app - seems that could be useful. Any ideas on getting logged in?

Does your passwords have any abnormal special characters in it?

You can also try changing your password from the site to see if that helps. Maybe there is a special char the new app is having an issue with?
